Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For orders in the United States, UK, and Europe, it will normally take 5 to 10 business days. For other International orders, please allow up to 10 to 20 days, UNLESS ITEM IS IN PRE-ORDER STATUS. For pre-orders item will ship after the release date.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! Import taxes and fees are included in the costs to deliver. We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
Any new and unused items purchased are eligible for a full refund or store credit as long as the packaging is intact. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item is damaged or an error occurred on our part. If the item is damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please note ALL sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded otherwise. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
